ugh...it's the first week of school...well, full week. We did have three days last week, but I can't say that counts for a lot. So the reason I have an "ugh" in my other sentence is I'm expected to give a 7-minute extemp. speech in debate. It's kind of an informal, off-the-cuff, yet somehow structured way of delivering a speech in front of my very biased and fiery debate class. Hope I don't get my throat slit. I'm doing the speech on why pedophiles shouldn't be given grace for their actions and be sentenced to life in prison or have the death penalty (supposing they murdered the kid). Now, I know this opinion is UBER-REPUBLICAN...but it's also UBER-MORALLY-RIGHT. If you would like to know the further details of my speech I will most definitely post them on my myspace page

I won't post them until tomorrow though. I'm still in the formulating my ideas and writing them down process. It is looking pretty good though.

Anyway, apart from school work my life has been rather bland. I haven't hung out w/anyone much at all since school started. I did see david for the first time in two weeks last wednesday though. It's a complicated mess I tell you, but things will get better if time continues going on as it always has. Don't ask about the situation, I'm just posting random sentiments about my life the past week.

I'm re-reading Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix just because. I'm a little disappointed. I can't get into any of the books I checked out at the public library. Oh well. No big thing.
